Objectives

Meeting compliance with the country law & customers’ “Code of Conduct (COC)”.
To compliance with social responsibility.
Maintaining high standard of health, safety and environment.
Knowing and meeting the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Providing necessary resources including knowledge and training to employees.
Focus of the Compliance Management System

Checking mails and needs to give the reply within the day based on priority visiting the floor at least twice a day and ensuring workers health safety & comfortable environment at working place.
Receiving grievance, complain, demand and suggestion from the workers. Try to find out emotional problem of an employee in cooperation with Welfare Officer. The problem may be work related or personal or family which affects is/her work performance.
Making and following up aisle mark and fire extinguisher free of obstruction and also free emergency exit, free fire equipment and stair free from carton in the floor.
Ensuring that no employee is maltreated mentally or physically abused. Worker should be treated with respect & dignity.
Ensuring workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, Aware the workers about personal protective equipment and provide supportive counseling the sick worker for medicinal support on the worker’s requests, complain or situational demand.
Try to make aware the existing workers about by company provided all facilities And necessity of compliance. Check all production related register if any date mentioned of holiday or not.
Briefing the employees about all facilities of company, mandatory safety, Instruction including all “do’s &Don’ts”. Making aware the employees about leave procedure.
Conducting awareness programs to the pregnant workers about safe, motherhood in cooperation with Medical Assistant and Welfare Officer.
Ensuring workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, Aware the workers about personal protective equipment and provide supportive counseling the sick worker for medicinal support on the worker’s requests, complain or situational demand.

All factories of the group are compliant with national environmental legislation.
A written policy has been introduced to manage and dispose the wastage.

Health & Safety

Assured a safe and hygienic working environment.
Appropriate and adequate personal safety equipment and clothing are provided.
Employees are provided potable drinking water, hygienic toilets, & washing facilities.
All electric appliances are maintained by qualified engineers and electricians.
Noise and lights are maintained as per standard.
Only trained and designated persons are handled chemicals and heavy materials.
Available safety instructions and MSDS are provided near to the work station.
Awareness programs are conducted with the employees periodically to aware H &S.
Sufficient first-aid boxes are provided in the work station as per law.

Workplace Environment of factory

Floors are designed and allocated as per compliance standard.
Equipment and machineries are allocated with compliance.
Space for employees is maintained as per standard in the floor.
Work stations are properly ventilated.
Floors are maintained neat and clean.
Separate store for fabrics and accessories.

Fire Safety

Sufficient Fire extinguishers, automatic fire hydrant and other equipment's are installed.
Workers are trained and wear identification badge.
Aisles, exits and stairs are maintained free of obstructions and marked permanently by using color tiles.
Electronic fire alarm system in place. Smoke detector, public addressed (PA) system and Emergency lights are installed.
Every floor has separate evacuation plan.
All employees are insured by a group insurance policy.
